How Look Optometry
came to be
Dr. Shailinder Bhullar founded Look Optometry with the goal of creating a different kind of patient experience — one where people feel genuinely cared for, educated, and supported. With a background in kinesiology and optometry, Dr. Bhullar has always been passionate about the connection between eye health, wellness, learning, performance, and quality of life.
Over the years, the clinic expanded not only in technology and services, but also in the relationships and people that define it. The addition of Dr. Preetpal Saggu brought a shared commitment to patient-first care, compassion, and community — deepening the culture that Look Optometry was built on.
What started as a single vision has evolved into a clinic culture centred around authenticity, kindness, education, and long-term patient relationships. Look Optometry now serves thousands of Surrey families across two locations — with the same patient-first philosophy that has guided the clinic from day one.
